Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack applications and cloud-native systems.
- Develop robust APIs, backend services, and modern web applications.
- Architect and implement AI-powered applications, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities where technology can improve business operations.
- Lead technical architecture and system design while remaining hands-on with development.
- Ensure applications are secure, reliable, scalable, and production-ready.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of full stack software engineering experience.
- Experience building enterprise-grade applications from end to end.
- Proven experience leveraging AI development tools to build production applications, including technologies such as Claude Code, custom MCP, skills, and backend-as-a-service platforms.
- Strong experience with Python, React, Next.js, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience designing scalable APIs and cloud-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML into production systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.

Compensation:$250,000-$300,000 base salary + bonus + equity.
