Must Have Technical/Functional Skills- Dynatrace, Insurance and BFSI domain
I. Technical Expertise:
Advanced fluency in Dynatrace administration, custom dashboard creation, and observability integration within microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and hybrid cloud environments.
II. Strategic Leadership:
Demonstrated success in building Centers of Excellence or similar programmatic structures that align telemetry with operational and business KPIs.
III. Domain Experience:
Prior work within the insurance, financial services, or other compliance-heavy sectors is highly desirable.
IV. Integration Acumen:
Ability to translate telemetry into executable runbooks across varying technical ecosystems, including acquired business platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
I. 3.1 Platform Engineering & Observability Frameworks
a. Architect, configure, and optimize Dynatrace across multiple business units.
b. Administer lifecycle operations, including onboarding, conversion assurance, and alert calibration.
c. Design automation and reporting dashboards mapped to enterprise metrics and SLOs.
II. 3.2 Partner & Application Team Enablement
a. Lead onboarding for application and infrastructure teams across maturity tiers.
b. Embed observability into homegrown applications via telemetry instrumentation and tagging schemas.
c. Act as lead technical advisor for onboarding MIA-acquired companies into the observability model.
III. 3.3 Center of Excellence Development
a. Define operating principles, roles, and review mechanisms for the Observability COE.
b. Establish governance models to drive best practices and cross-team collaboration.
c. Create documentation and knowledge transfer for FTEs
