Summary

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated Software Development Intern to join our team! As a Software Development Intern, you will assist in developing and testing web applications while gaining exposure to modern development tools and agile methodologies.

U.S. Venture's Internship Program runs May - August 2027. Dates may vary based on individual class schedules. This position is located at our Corporate Office in Appleton, WI.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the full stack development and testing of web applications

Collaborate with senior developers on various software development projects

Participate in agile development processes and team meetings

Contribute to the improvement of existing software performance optimization and bug fixes

Implement new features and functionality to improve user experience

QUALIFICATIONS

Working toward a degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering, or comparable preferred

Interest in web application development

Experience in C#, HTML, CSS

Git or similar version control system

Experience with APIs using REST principles preferred

Understanding of object-oriented programming languages

Eager to learn new technologies and frameworks

Agile thinker and capable of working effectively as part of a team
