Duration: 12 months contract

Job Description:
We are seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA SD & Service Lead Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation and integration activities across S/4HANA Service and SD. The consultant will focus on warranty management, in-house repair, field service, serialization, service-to-cash, and cross-functional integration with MM, PP/PM, LE, and FI/CO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations following SAP Activate methodology.
• Design and configure S/4HANA Service processes including:
  • Service orders and contracts
  • In-house repair / RMA
  • Repair orders and quotations
  • Time & material services
  • Resource planning
  • Service billing
• Design and implement customer and vendor warranty management, including claims, entitlement checks, coverage, approvals, credit/debit processing, and vendor recovery.
• Manage serialization, equipment master, installed base, serial numbers, and device history processes.
• Integrate SD and Service processes covering quotations, sales orders, deliveries, billing, returns, and repair cycles.
• Lead integration with MM, LE, FI/CO, and PP/PM for spare parts, logistics, shipping, revenue, controlling, and related processes.
• Promote SAP Clean Core principles using standard functionality, Fiori, key-user extensibility, and appropriate BTP extensions.
• Lead data migration for business partners, equipment, installed base, warranties, pricing, and related master/transactional data.
• Drive unit testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Conduct business workshops, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with ABAP/UI5 and integration teams.
• Support end-user training, documentation, solution governance, and S/4HANA roadmap planning.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience with 3+ years of hands-on S/4HANA Service experience.
• Experience leading at least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations involving Service.
• Strong expertise in:
  • S/4HANA Service
  • Service contracts and service orders
  • In-house repair and RMA
  • Warranty management
  • Customer/vendor warranty claims
  • Serialization and equipment management
  • Installed base and device history
  • SAP SD order management, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, and credits
• Strong cross-functional integration experience with MM, LE, and FI/CO; PP/PM experience is a plus.
• Experience with S/4HANA Fiori applications, output management, and pricing.
• Strong experience in testing, data migration, cutover, and hypercare.
• Excellent client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• S/4HANA Service certification required.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA SD certification.
• Experience with RISE with SAP / S/4HANA Private Cloud.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, CDS Views, OData, and SAP integration patterns/CPI.
• Experience integrating SAP Service with field service planning, dispatching, or mobile service solutions.
