Pay Range: $59 - $62 per hour

Job Description:
As a Software Engineer - UI/React at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate Technology-Global Real Estate Technology team, you will oversee multiple teams, guiding their daily implementation activities while identifying and escalating any issues that arise. Additionally, you will ensure that your team's work aligns with compliance standards, business requirements, and tactical best practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides guidance to immediate team of software engineers on daily tasks and activities
- Works at code-level using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API, and React
- Sets the overall guidance and expectations for team output, practices, and collaboration
- Anticipates dependencies with other teams to deliver products and applications in line with business requirements
- Manages stakeholder relationships and the team's work in accordance with compliance standards, service level agreements, and business requirements
- Creates a culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect for the team members
