What You Will Do
  • Product Line & Innovation Strategy: Drive the complete product lifecycle and value chain for assigned portfolios. Lead new product development through stage-gate processes, build business cases, establish product specifications, and manage global pricing strategies.

  • S&OP & Performance Insights: Lead product forecasting and inventory management to align sales projections with manufacturing capacity. Monitor portfolio revenue, volume, and customer-level performance trends.

  • Marketing & GTM Execution: Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop strategic plans, launch global campaigns, and provide technical input for positioning and PR content.

  • Product Sales & Technical Support: Drive technical awareness across global sales and service teams. Provide second-line non-routine technical, business, and regulatory support coordination.

  • Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Oversee regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 9001:2015) for assigned portfolios. Participate in Deviation Review Board (DRB) meetings and support CAPA and Change Control commercial activities.

What We Are Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor?s Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a related scientific discipline.

  • Domain Experience: Proven product management experience within bioprocessing, cell and gene therapy (CGT), or life science reagents and media.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of cGMP standards, FDA regulations, ISO 9001:2015, and Quality System workflows (CAPA, Change Control).

  • Business & Supply Chain Skills: Demonstrated success in stage-gate innovation, pricing strategy, demand forecasting, and cross-functional S&OP management.

  • Communication: Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and technical communication skills to interface effectively with R&D, Quality, Sales, Operations, and external clients.
