Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled VoIP / FreeSWITCH Engineer with strong experience in SIP protocol, C/C++, and real-time telecom systems. The candidate will design, develop, and support voice communication platforms, call routing systems, IVR applications, and SIP-based architectures.

Strong expertise in FreeSWITCH, SIP signaling, and voice infrastructure engineering is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain VoIP / SIP-based communication systems
Work extensively on FreeSWITCH for call routing, conferencing, and IVR
Implement and troubleshoot SIP call flows and signaling issues
Build and optimize telecom components using C / C++
Integrate SIP systems with gateways, SBCs, and external applications
Debug real-time voice issues including latency, jitter, and call drops
Ensure scalability, performance, and high availability of voice platformsRequired Skills (Must Have)
Strong experience in SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) 5 10 years
Hands-on experience in VoIP / Voice / SIP systems 5 10 years
FreeSWITCH experience (2 5 years required)
Strong knowledge of SIP Stack and SIPUA
Strong proficiency in C / C++ (5 10 years)
Experience in real-time communication / telecom systems

Nice to Have

SIP Media Gateways experience
Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
PSTN / telecom infrastructure integration
Call center / IVR system experience
Cloud VoIP architecture knowledge
