Job Description:
Isoft Team for Agent Portals (Builds around call center GUI's, Troubleshooting, Maintenance, building features to help installers and get into mobile stores. These teams develop and support the desktop applications and the health of the systems for Charter’s Customer Operations Department. Includes Agent OS automation initiatives.
Designs, develops, modifies, and implements web applications and/or services to support Charter Portals Platforms based on web applications. This person will be a member of the team that is responsible for all aspects of the SDLC.
Tech Stack: ReactJS, ES6, Webpack, Babel, Immutable, Java 8, Spring Boot, Netflix OSS, Mongo
Responsibilities:
develop software based on portal platform standards and patterns
Work as part of a development team
Participate in peer and code review activities
Mentor less experienced developers
Required Skills:
STRONG working knowledge and experience with JavaScript (es5/es6)
Solid understanding of OOP and prototypal inheritance
Experience using Web UI Debugging tools (firebug, chrome dev tools, windows scripts debugger, etc.)
Strong communication
Pluses:
experience with ReactJS
Good understanding of git version control
Solid understanding of REST
Experience building single page applications with java script
