Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in Middleware and Infrastructure Administration.
Strong experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
Hands-on experience with IBM MDM Advanced Edition (AE).
Experience performing IBM MDM upgrades, fix packs, and patch installations.
Experience with Apache Kafka administration and support.
Strong Linux / RHEL administration experience.
Experience with database upgrade coordination and server infrastructure upgrades.
Experience with vulnerability remediation, patching, and security compliance activities.
Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.
Experience working in enterprise production environments.

Preferred
Experience with IBM BPM, IBM MQ, or related IBM middleware technologies.
Experience with automation and scripting (Shell, Python, Ansible, etc.).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.
ITIL or enterprise support process experience.
