Description:
Job Description

  • Ensure the timely and professional completion of all workflow automation activates accordance with organization guidelines.
  • Supports the continuous improvement of the supporting data for control testing.
  • Participate in the identification and analysis of risks.
  • May assist in the development and execution of enterprise risk management programs.
  • Develop, maintain, and continually enhance a proactive Automation of Control testing and related initiatives.
  • Assist the business, technology and testing teams knowledge to better understand the capabilities and limitations of workflow automation.
  • Partners with technology Segment Risk Managers to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (business partners and technology teams).
  • Assist the Control Testing team in the timely remediation of issues.
  • Provide support for policy/controls and process documentation.
  • Document and maintain internal team processes as needed.
  • Contributes to the team's continuous improvement culture by applying critical thinking skills and experiences to make suggestions.
  • Aid in fostering a risk-awareness culture.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Up to 3 years of risk-based experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent transferable experience through coursework, internships, or work experience.
  • Business and technology aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand key processes within technology, cybersecurity, and data management.
  • Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with a high level of detail in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present requirements/issues clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to effectively work within a team environment and collaborate on projects.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with Data Analytics and Data Visualization
  • Experience with Technical Writing
  • Technical or Cybersecurity Experience


Technical skills

Must have

  • Experience with using Microsoft Excel and Word is required
