Product Manager

Introduction:

The Product Manager will be responsible for owning the vision, strategy, and execution of digital products within the Financial Services industry. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Own the vision for assigned product areas and value streams within the Digital Finance Portfolio.
• Proactively identify opportunities, develop business cases, and drive initiatives that support the department/business plan.
• Lead complex product enhancements and new product development.
• Partner with stakeholders and leadership to continuously refine product capabilities and roadmaps.
• Communicate product direction, progress, and decisions to senior leadership.
• Validate value delivered in each iteration, capture feedback, review outcomes, and problem-solve gaps.
• Guide cross-functional product teams to deliver capabilities end to end.
• Manage a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts.
• Serve as point of escalation for all product impediments.
