UX Researcher III

ApTask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a UX Researcher for a 9+ month contract position with a technology company. This is a 100% remote position, with West Coast working hours preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute qualitative user research studies to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify research needs and prioritize projects.
• Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Present research insights to stakeholders in a concise and impactful manner.
• Maintain research documentation according to UXR reporting standards and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX research.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science or a related field.
• Proven experience conducting user research in a technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency in research methodologies such as in-depth interviewing, usability testing, concept testing, and focus group research.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay range: up to $95.45 per hour
