Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Icertis Developers to design, develop, configure, and support Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (ICM/CLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Icertis configuration, workflow development, integrations, and contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement solutions in Icertis Contract Management (ICM/CLM).

• Develop and customize:

  • Workflows

  • Contract templates

  • Clause libraries

  • Approval processes

• Configure security, roles, permissions, and data models.

• Develop integrations between Icertis and external systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Create reports, dashboards, and advanced data extracts.

• Work on contract lifecycle processes including authoring, negotiation, approval, execution, obligation management.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.

• Participate in requirement gathering and solution design workshops.

• Perform data migration and system upgrades.

• Support CI/CD deployments and environment management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Icertis CLM development.

• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes.

• Experience with:

  • Workflow configuration

  • Custom fields & layout configuration

  • Clause and template management

  • Obligation management

• Experience in integrations using:

  • REST APIs

  • Web services

  • Middleware tools

• Strong knowledge of:

  • SQL

  • JSON

  • XML

• Experience with Azure or cloud environments.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Icertis Certified Professional (ICP).

• Experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, or ERP systems.

• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in large enterprise implementations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with contract migration projects.

• Knowledge of procurement, legal, or commercial contracting processes.

• Agile/Scrum experience.
