Currently, we are searching for an Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) Consultant Release Support to join our team in a hybrid capacity, with onsite work located in San Antonio, TX (up to 100% ON SITE).
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide onshore support for Oracle Field Service (OFS) releases through January 2027 (Release 1) and December 2027 (Release 2)
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and assess field service operations, scheduling, and mobile workforce processes
- Design, configure, and enhance Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions aligned to client needs
- Optimize routing, capacity planning, resource scheduling, and mobile workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Provide functional and technical guidance on OFS best practices, enhancements, and performance improvements
- Support integrations and extensions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and JavaScript as required
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues across OFS modules
- Lead workshops, solution walkthroughs, and user training sessions to support adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between OFS, upstream/downstream systems, and business objectives
- Stay current on Oracle Field Service Cloud updates and recommend enhancements aligned to evolving business needs
- Support travel as required based on project phase and client needs (0 100%)
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS), including configuration and production support
- Prior experience supporting or implementing OFS in Utilities or High-Tech Services environments
- Hands-on experience with scheduling, routing, capacity management, and mobile workforce optimization
- Experience building or supporting integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, or JavaScript
- Experience supporting post-go-live enhancements and release cycles
- Oracle Field Service Cloud certification preferred (or strong equivalent experience)
- Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to lead workshops and working sessions
- Regular and predictable attendance
