Senior AI Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with 10+ years of experience building production AI systems and enterprise-scale data platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in developing AI agents on Databricks and modernizing data pipelines using Python, SQL, Apache Spark, and cloud-native architecture. This role requires strong experience designing scalable machine learning solutions and delivering reliable, production-ready AI and data engineering capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade AI and machine learning solutions.
• Develop and implement AI agents and intelligent solutions using Databricks.
• Modernize and optimize enterprise data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Apache Spark.
• Design scalable, cloud-native architectures for AI and data engineering workloads.
• Build and deploy scalable machine learning solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Develop reliable and maintainable data and AI workflows across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with data engineers, AI/ML engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver production solutions.
• Optimize AI, ML, and data processing workloads for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Implement appropriate testing, monitoring, deployment, and operational practices for AI and data platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex AI, machine learning, and data engineering issues and drive solutions through implementation.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data engineering, or related technology disciplines.
• Strong experience building production AI systems and enterprise data platforms.
• Hands-on experience developing AI agents using Databricks.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Apache Spark.
• Proven experience modernizing and optimizing enterprise data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and scalable distributed systems.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable machine learning solutions.
• Strong understanding of production AI/ML engineering practices.
• Ability to work effectively across AI, machine learning, and data engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong Databricks experience across AI, machine learning, and data engineering workloads.
• Experience developing enterprise-grade AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience with major cloud platforms and cloud-native data/AI services.
• Experience modernizing legacy enterprise data platforms and pipelines.
• Experience with machine learning model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Experience working with large-scale distributed data processing environments.
