Job Title: Workday Technical Consultant

Location: Hybrid role from any client office (1^st preference is West Coast area)
Duration: Long Term Contract 

Job Summary

Key Takeaway: This is a technical Workday development role, not a functional consulting position. The strongest candidates will have hands-on experience with Workday Extend, Studio, Integrations, and Prism Analytics, along with multiple end-to-end Workday implementation projects.

Required Experience

·         8+ years of Information Technology experience.

·         Overall 5+ years of relevant experience in Implementation, Roll Out, Upgrade, and Support projects related to Workday Applications.

·         Proficient in implementing IT/business solutions in Workday HCM, building Integrations, Reports, and Customization of Business Processes utilizing native Workday tools.

·         Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Workday technologies:

• Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
• Advanced Report Writer
• Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB)
• Studio
• Extend
• Calculated Fields
• Custom Fields
• XML/XSLT
• BIRT Reporting
• Data Analytics

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Extend.
• Strong experience with Workday Studio.
• Experience building EIB and Cloud Connect integrations.
• Experience with Prism Analytics.
• Knowledge of Advanced Reports, BIRT Reporting, XML, and XSLT.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical Workday solutions.
• Implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support experience in Workday HCM.
