Location: Remote (First Day Onsite – 30 E Broad Street, 13th Floor, Columbus, OH)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer responsible for preparing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs. The ideal candidate will design engaging learning materials, conduct training sessions, and ensure consistency and quality across all training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Training Delivery

  • Prepare and conduct technical training programs
  • Deliver classroom, virtual, and multimedia-based training sessions
  • Conduct sessions on topics such as:
    • Software usage
    • Systems, tools, and technical processes

🔹 Training Design & Development

  • Assess training needs and certification requirements
  • Develop:
    • Course outlines
    • Instructional materials
    • Training aids and documentation
  • Design computer-based and multimedia learning content

🔹 Program Management

  • Manage training programs aligned with business and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness of course content
  • Maintain and update training materials throughout the course lifecycle

🔹 Learning Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and direct:
    • Classroom training
    • E-learning programs
    • Workshops and seminars
  • Utilize modern tools and technologies for interactive learning experiences

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical training role
  • Experience in:
    • Preparing and delivering training programs
    • Creating instructional and course materials
    • Designing multimedia and e-learning content
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Experience with:
    • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
    • E-learning tools and platforms
