*** REQUIREMENTS ***- Eligible to Work on W-2
- Strong Juniper routing background (Cisco routing experience acceptable as secondary)
- Deep troubleshooting mindset-"hands on keyboard" engineer
- Comfortable operating at a high CCNP / low-CCIE level, without moving into architecture-only work
- Ability to clearly explain complex routing issues to leadership during incidents
Job DescriptionThis Role Provides Tier 3 support for WAN, edge, and connectivity services, primarily in a Juniper-based routing environment. focus is support, escalation, and operational ownership
- Handle major incident troubleshooting without pulling in Engineering
- Partner with Engineering during service transitions to ensure the NOC is fully prepared to support new solutions
- Mentor S1/S2 staff on advanced routing and connectivity troubleshooting
- Act as the operational counterpart to Engineering teams that build and deploy connectivity solutions
- Serve as Tier 3 Escalation For:
- WAN routing
- Edge connectivity
- Site-to-site and B2B tunnels
- Direct Connect and cloud connectivity (AWS/Azure exposure is a plus)
