Role Summary
The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for designing and governing end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned to business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. The role bridges business and technical teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations and enhancements
· Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce designs
· Define solution blueprints, data models, and integration patterns
· Provide architectural leadership across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Experience/Data Cloud (as applicable)
· Design and govern integrations with external systems using APls and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
· Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, performance, and scalability standards
· Review and guide development teams on design, estimates, and technical approach
Required Skills & Experience
· 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years on Salesforce platform
· Strong hands-on and architectural expertise in:
· Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
· Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud
· (preferred)
· Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and limits
· Experience with configuring and managing different managed packages like sFiles, Conga, Milestone PM+
· Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, event-based integrations, and middleware
· Ability to review Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs and configuration from an architectural standpoint
· Implement POCs for the stakeholders to help them understand the proposed solution and drive the solution meetings with customers
· Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
