Title: Scrum Master
Location: Hybrid – Montpelier, VT
Duration : 16 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives
- Manage backlogs, sprints, and user stories in Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput)
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution
- Ensure Definition of Done, quality standards, and traceability compliance
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (data, engineering, governance)
- Support stakeholder communication and Agile reporting
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of IT experience in Agile environments
- 2+ years as a Scrum Master / Agile Facilitator
- Strong hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Expertise in backlog management, sprint delivery, and Agile metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Tools & Domain Experience
- Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Power BI
- Understanding of DataOps and cloud‑based data platforms
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM/SAFe SM) and/or PMP
Nice to Have
- Public sector or healthcare experience
- Data modernization or governance exposure
