Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in HRSD, ITSM, and ITOM modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, along with strong scripting and integration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Configure and customize HRSD modules including:
- HR Case Management
- Employee Service Center
- Lifecycle Events
- HR Catalog & Record Producers
- Knowledge Management
- Develop and customize ITSM modules:
- Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
- Implement and manage ITOM modules:
- Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Discovery (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
- Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Configure and maintain MID Servers, data sources, and API integrations
- Develop workflows using Flow Designer and customize Service Portal / Employee Center
- Create dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics KPIs
- Maintain and enhance CMDB and Discovery processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Required Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong experience in HRSD module implementation (minimum 4+ years preferred)
- Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Glide, Business Rules, UI Policies)
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development
- Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal, Employee Center
- Experience with MID Server configuration and integrations
- Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM processes
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
