Key Skills (Must-Have)

·         IBM IIB / ACE

·         IBM MQ, Message Flows

·         ESQL & Java Compute

·         REST APIs, JSON, Open API/Swagger

·         Java, Spring Boot, Microservices

·         MongoDB & RDBMS fundamentals

·         Cloud: Azure / Google Cloud Platform, Containers, AKS / GKE

·         CI/CD pipelines

·         Integration patterns (sync/async, pub-sub, saga)
