Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer II to join our Digital Marketing Operations team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting marketing campaign operations by creating, managing, and delivering audience data across various marketing channels. This position requires expertise in SQL, PySpark, and Databricks, along with hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The role involves a hybrid work schedule, with three days onsite per week for three weeks a month.
Responsibilities: - Build data extensions and write queries to create audience segments in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Develop and manage data processes and workflows, including ad-hoc processes and automated triggers.
- Create and monitor data pipelines for marketing campaigns, providing optimized solutions for existing data process flows.
Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations and/or campaign management.
- Proficiency in Amazon Redshift and writing complex SQL for data segmentation and extraction.
- Experience working with Databricks and writing PySpark code to build data pipelines and API feeds.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

Pay Range: $40 - $42
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
