Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect, implement, and support enterprise data warehouses, data lakes, and analytical pipelines in Azure environments (ADF, Synapse, SQL MI, Logic Apps).
  • Design and deploy scalable data pipelines, analytics platforms, and reporting frameworks that drive transparency and decision-making.
  • Apply advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques to identify trends, risks, and anomalies in large datasets.
  • Establish data governance, quality, and integrity best practices.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including offshore resources, while fostering innovation and professional growth.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into actionable analytics solutions in collaboration with legal and compliance stakeholders.
  • Support presales and client engagements by developing solution designs, effort estimates, project plans, and executive-level presentations.
  • Develop proofs of concept, document complex architectures, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 7-10+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, consulting, or financial services; banking and regulatory compliance experience preferred.
  • 8+ years implementing enterprise data warehouses/data lakes and 5+ years building automated ETL/ELT solutions.
  • 5+ years of client-facing consulting, project leadership, budget estimation, and team management experience.
  • 3+ years architecting and implementing complex Azure-based data solutions.
  • Strong experience with dimensional modeling, end-to-end data warehouse delivery, and large-scale data environments.
  • Proficiency in SQL and analytics languages (Python, R), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and big data/cloud platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; relevant BI/cloud certifications preferred.

Key Stakeholders:
Internal data and BI teams, product managers, and architects; external client executives (C-suite), operations leaders, and data owners.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $146,000.00 - $307,900.00 per year.
