Project Details:
Oxford's client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop foundational software components for its Robotics and Enabling Technology applications. The consultant will focus on shared biomechanics and surgical planning components supporting pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative clinical applications, including Total Hip and Total Knee surgery applications. Responsibilities will span research, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, as well as code reviews, documentation, integration, defect management, and code analysis throughout the SDLC.
Musts:
- Strong C++ development experience
- Strong Qt experience
- Linux environment experience
- Experience with 3D geometry
- Experience with image processing algorithms
- MED DEVICE/Surgical DOMAIN IS A MUST
Pluses:
- Surgical planning system development experience
- Experience with biomechanics software
- Experience developing clinical applications
- Experience with Total Hip or Total Knee surgical applications
- Medical device or robotics experience
