Looking for seasoned CX, NICECXOne Developers and Contact Center Solution Architects in USA, Canada, India with any CCaaS platform skills (Like Nice, AWS, Google, Microsoft, Sierra, Cognigy, Kore, Talkdesk, Five9 etc.,). Preferred NICE skills now.

Key Responsibilities will include the following:
- End to End Architecting and Solutioning Contact centers/Customer Experience centers using multiple CCaaS and AI technologies.
2.Discover, Design, Document, Plan, Develop, Deploy, support, Go -live from On-prem Contact center to Cloud Contact center, especially for NICE CXOne CCaaS Platform with Digital channel, Studio coding, Integrating with CRM platforms.
- Build and Drive Gen AI, Agentic AI solutions to handle Customer & Agent Experience efficacy.
- Visualize and Architect Omnichannel servicing strategy, to drive better Customer Journey.
- Blueprinting the future of Customer Experience, by bringing in right technology solutions.
- Understand and rewrite the Customer Service/Experience pain points to solutions using AI Technologies.
- Design solutions to achieve Contact Center/CX Business metrics outcomes.
