Summary

Job Title: MFCS Consultant

Job Type: Fulltime
Location: Remote
Experience Required: 8–12 years
Compensation: $120k / annum + benefits

 

Roles & Responsibilities

* Retail Lead with 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Oracle Retail applications support.

* Lead L2/L3 production support for Oracle Retail MFCS and related merchandising applications.

* Provide functional and technical support for Merchandising, Inventory, Purchase Orders, Suppliers, Stock Ledger, and Retail Operations.

* Manage and resolve production incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA targets.

* Experience with ReIM, RPM, ReSA, Allocation, and RIB/RIHA. * Oracle Retail Cloud support experience.

* Drive Major Incident Management (MIM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and preventive action planning.

* Own and govern ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Request Management.

* Review, estimate, and coordinate Change Requests (CRs) and application enhancements.

* Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs, integrations, interfaces, APIs, and data issues.

* Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and support activities using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

* Coordinate with business users, Oracle Support, and third-party vendors for issue resolution and service improvements.

* Lead deployment, release validation, and post-production support activities.

* Track support KPIs, SLA compliance, service metrics, and governance reporting.

* Mentor support team members and drive knowledge management and operational excellence initiatives.

* Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance application stability and support efficiency.

* Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Retail MFCS (Mandatory).

* Good understanding of retail merchandising and inventory management processes.

* Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills.

* Good Understanding on Retail Integration systmes

* Experience supporting integrations, APIs, batch processing, and interface troubleshooting.

* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools. * Experience managing ITIL-based support operations and support governance.

* Excellent stakeholder management, customer communication, and team leadership skills.

  • Prior experience supporting large retail customers in a managed services/support environment.

 

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, trainic licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

The salary range displays the minimum and maximum targets for this position across all US locations and has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $120,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, or variable bonus programs. Final compensation decisions will depend on the unique facts and circumstances of each candidate.
