NICE CXone Architect (Remote - Client in Detroit)
About the Role
The NICE CXone Architect will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale contact center solutions, driving the migration from Cisco UCCE/UCCX to NICE CXone. This role defines the end-to-end architecture, ensures platform scalability and security, and provides technical leadership across integrations and deployment.

About the Role
The NICE CXone Architect will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale contact center solutions, driving the migration from Cisco UCCE/UCCX to NICE CXone. This role defines the end-to-end architecture, ensures platform scalability and security, and provides technical leadership across integrations and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration from Cisco UCCE/UCCX to NICE CXone cloud solutions.
- Define the overall enterprise contact center architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Design end-to-end NICE CXone architectures, including routing, channels, and workforce systems.
- Map Cisco capabilities to NICE CXone modules to ensure feature parity.
- Develop a migration roadmap, including phased cutovers and risk mitigation strategies.
- Define integration patterns for CRM, WFM, reporting, telephony, and middleware systems.
- Provide architectural guidance to developers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Review and approve solution designs, scripts, and system integrations.
- Deep expertise in NICE CXone architecture and Cisco UCCE/UCCX platforms.
- Strong understanding of SIP, VoIP, telephony, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with APIs, middleware
