We are seeking an experienced and outstanding QA with Tosca for one of our esteemed clients.

Location: Houston, TX
Duration: Long-term
We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca to design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Tosca automation, test case design, CI/CD integration, and a solid understanding of QA processes in Agile environments.
Responsibilities:
- Test Automation Development
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca.
- Build reusable test modules and libraries to support functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Test Case Design & Execution
- Create and execute test cases for web, desktop, API, and mobile applications.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Continuous Integration & Delivery
- Integrate Tosca automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to enable continuous testing and smooth deployments.
- Defect Management & Reporting
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Azure Test Plans, or TestRail.
- Provide detailed bug reports and collaborate with developers for resolution.
- Quality Governance
- Define and enforce QA best practices, test documentation standards, and automation guidelines.
- Advocate for shift-left testing and early defect detection strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to refine requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca automation suite.
- Proficiency in test case design, test data management, and test execution.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Familiarity with API testing and backend validation.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
