and integration engineers. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems integration
with at least 5 years in a technical lead / architect role. Strong hands-on experience with: IBM Maximo (on-prem or MAS) GIS platforms (Esri ArcGIS
enterprise geodatabases) Proven experience integrating GIS with EAM systems (Maximo Spatial). Experience designing and implementing automated data synchronization workflows. Working knowledge of: FME Form / FME Flow (or equivalent ETL tools) REST APIs

including: Integration design documents Specifications Test plans and deployment runbooks Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
