Overview

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who can turn data into clear, actionable insights that drive better business decisions. This person will work across multiple teams to analyze data, build reporting solutions, and support a large-scale ERP and analytics transformation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys digging into data, connecting systems, and helping leadership understand what’s actually happening in the business.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze data from multiple sources to support decision-making across the business
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that highlight key metrics and trends
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions that drive efficiency
• Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities within large datasets
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
• Support ongoing data initiatives and process improvements

Key Projects / Environment

• Play a key role in a company-wide ERP and analytics transformation
• Assist with data migration, mapping, and validation across systems
• Help define reporting structures and standard operating procedures
• Work with modern analytics and planning tools to improve visibility across the organization

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Strong SQL skills (writing complex queries, joining large datasets)
• Experience with Python (pandas or similar libraries preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, etc.)
• Experience with BI / visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar is a plus)

Nice to Have

• Experience working with large transactional or retail-style datasets
• Exposure to forecasting, regression, or predictive analytics
• Familiarity with EDI or structured data exchange processes
• Experience working with modern AI tools or assistants
