Strong hands-on experience in Oracle GoldenGate replication across homogeneous and heterogeneous environments (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Snowflake, Kafka).
Expertise in Oracle GoldenGate 19c/23ai, including Classic and Microservices Architecture (MA) installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
Experience implementing and supporting unidirectional, bidirectional, active-active, DR, and high-availability replication solutions.
Strong knowledge of Extract, Pump, Replicat, Trail Files, Integrated/Parallel Replicat, replication monitoring, performance tuning, and lag management.
Proven experience in troubleshooting Extract/Replicat abends, replication lag, collision handling, data consistency issues, DEFGEN, and large-volume initial loads/migrations.
Experience securing and managing GoldenGate environments, including encryption, authentication, credential management, monitoring, and multi-cloud deployments (OCI, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, On-Premises).
