Job Summary:
- Design, implement, and optimize Customer Engagement Suite (CES) solutions using Dialogflow CX, Agent Development Kit (ADK), and CCAI Insights.
- Engineer conversational user experiences, including conversational flow, branching, error handling, and persona using Dialogflow CX.
- Develop and refine Generative Playbooks for virtual agents with prompt engineering and integration of large language models (LLMs).
- Build robust backend services, APIs, webhooks, and supporting scripts in Python for CES applications.
- Integrate CES tools with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) services and APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to agent behavior, performance, and integration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, production-ready AI and contact center solutions.
- Leverage experience with agent frameworks like ADK, Playbooks, and Google Cloud Run.
- Utilize strong knowledge of Dialogflow CX, CCAI, Agent Assist, and dialogue flow design tools.
- Perform API integrations (REST, gRPC), work with Cloud Functions, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Follow Agile Scrum practices and processes.
- Work in a hybrid (Atlanta, GA) environment, authorized to work in the US with no visa sponsorship required.
- Additional skills: Node.js (5+ years), AWS (2+ years), and experience in the Telco domain is a plus.
