Job Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Developer to lead a small development team, mentor developers, and design, develop, and support enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack .NET and Angular experience, leadership skills, and expertise in Agile development.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of software development experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role
Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Angular, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Agile
Experience with SSRS, Power BI, Git/TFVC, and Docker
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor development team members
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications
Build and support .NET and Angular applications
Develop SSRS and Power BI reports
Perform code reviews, sprint planning, and production support
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
