Job DetailsWe are seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in a fast-paced, tech services industry, working with cutting-edge technologies and a talented group of professionals. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing our overall product marketing strategy, and you will work closely with various teams to ensure that our products meet and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Work closely with the product development team to understand our products and define their unique selling propositions.
- Lead the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, including market segmentation, product positioning, and competitive analysis.
- Drive the development of sales tools and collateral, including product presentations, datasheets, case studies, demo videos, and more.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs and market dynamics, and to ensure product messaging resonates with our target audience.
- Use AI tooling to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and use this information to optimize our product marketing strategy.
- Lead the pricing and packaging strategy for our products, ensuring we offer competitive and profitable solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of product marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the tech services industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful GTM strategies for SaaS products.
- Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, pricing, and packaging strategies.
- Experience with AI tooling and data analysis to drive marketing decisions.
- Proficiency in using product design tools like Figma and Claude.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Cursor.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
