Full Stack Engineering Lead

12-15 yrs experience is mandate
Ability to lead the pod(s) of engineers (onshore/offshore) responsible for end-to-end application development. This role requires deep expertise in both front-end (Angular) and back-end (Java Spring Boot) technologies, along with proficiency in debugging and optimizing code. Cloud knowledge, particularly Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) is critical.
Technical Skill Set:
o Strong experience with Angular (version 16+), Java Spring Boot, and relational databases (PostgressQL)
o Extensive experience with cloud-native application development and deployment
o Familiarity with GE or similar container orchestration platforms
o Agile framework and tools like Rally, JIRA for sprint management
o Debugging and performance optimization techniques, feature flagging
o Technical Leadership
o Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and setting standards across the development lifecycle
o Experience in conducting code reviews, problem-solving, and ensuring code meets acceptance criteria
o Ability to mentor team members and provide guidance on technical skills and project alignment
o C/CD Pipeline Setup:
o Hands-on experience setting up C/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub
Actions, Harness, Argo CD, and CircleCl
o Expertise in automating workflows and deployments through pipelines
o Familiarity with testing automation tools like Playwright
Responsibilities
o Lead discussions with Architecture, Technical leads, Product managers, business,
Infra and Enterprise Security teams to come up with scalable and efficient application solution and build code
o Lead technical initiatives, build code, set standards and ensuring quality across the development lifecycle
o Conduct code reviews, assist in problem-solving, and ensure code meets acceptance criteria
o Mentor team members, providing guidance on both technical skills and project alignment
o Coordinate closely with the Product Managers, Design leads and Engineering Manager on architectural decisions and design reviews
o Facilitate/participate in sprint planning, tracking, and retrospectives to align with project goals
Preferred experience / Certifications:
o Google Cloud Platform / Azure Certified Developer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or equivalent
o Experience with Reporting Solutions:
o Proficiency in building reporting solutions using third-party tools such as
MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power Bl, and Looker
o Ability to render reports on Ul using iframes or REST APIs
o Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
