Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with Salesforce to lead Agile product development and enterprise modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in product management, backlog prioritization, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery. Experience with digital transformation, cloud platforms, and Federal/Government projects is preferred.
Required Skills
Bachelor''s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Agile Delivery.
Strong experience leading Agile product teams.
Good knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and user stories.
Ability to work closely with business and development teams.
Preferred Skills
CSPO or SAFe POPM Certification.
Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Power Platform.
Knowledge of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Digital Transformation.
Experience with Human-Centered Design (HCD) or Design Thinking.
Exposure to AI-enabled products and intelligent automation.
Federal/Government, Healthcare, or Grants Management experience.
Responsibilities
Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories.
Prioritize features based on business value and customer needs.
Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
Lead Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning.
Drive digital transformation and process improvements.
Ensure products meet compliance and accessibility standards.
Deliver high-quality solutions that provide measurable business value.
