SAP S/4HANA Vendor Management Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Vendor Management Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of vendor management processes within SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, procurement teams, and implementation partners to ensure efficient vendor master data management, procurement operations, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA Vendor Management and Procurement processes.
• Manage vendor master data, including creation, maintenance, and governance.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and optimize SAP S/4HANA procurement and vendor management functionalities.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, supply chain, and IT teams to streamline vendor-related processes.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and adherence to organizational policies.
• Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams during project execution.
• Support system integration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Develop functional specifications, documentation, and training materials.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) and Vendor Master processes.
• Knowledge of procurement lifecycle, sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Experience with SAP master data governance and data migration activities.
• Strong understanding of integration with Finance (FI), Accounts Payable (AP), and Supply Chain modules.
• Experience in business process analysis and solution design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba integration.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
• Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.
• Experience working on global ERP transformation projects.
