Description We are seeking an experienced and strategic ERP Manager to oversee and optimize our core business platforms, including our ERP system, CRM, SAP, Salesforce, and related enterprise applications. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of mission-critical business systems while leading cross-functional teams and driving efficiency throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day management and administration of the company's ERP and CRM systems (including, but not limited to, SAP and Salesforce).
- Lead ERP and CRM implementation, upgrades, integration projects, and ongoing system enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and translate them into actionable technology solutions.
- Provide leadership for the ERP/CRM support team, ensuring prompt resolution of user issues and maintaining high system availability.
- Develop and enforce best practices, security standards, and compliance protocols for all ERP, CRM, and integrated applications.
- Manage system vendors, consultants, and service providers, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Drive user adoption by delivering effective training, support resources, and change management initiatives.
- Monitor system performance and analytics; recommend and implement improvements for optimization and scalability.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to align with organizational goals.
Requirements Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience managing ERP and CRM platforms, such as SAP, Salesforce, and related systems.
- Strong understanding of business processes (finance, operations, sales, etc.) and their integration with enterprise applications.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technology projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:- Certifications in SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent ERP/CRM solutions.
- Experience with data migration, process automation, and third-party application integration.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
