About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant with strong Infor CSI (SyteLine) / Infor CloudSuite Industrial expertise to support ERP implementation, optimization, and digital transformation initiatives for manufacturing organizations. This role requires a hands-on functional consultant who can lead solution configuration, business process analysis, testing, training, and go-live activities.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, helping align ERP capabilities with operational requirements across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, procurement, and production planning functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support full-cycle Infor CSI (SyteLine) / CloudSuite Industrial implementation projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
• Configure and optimize CSI modules to support manufacturing and operational business processes.
• Conduct workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing, production, inventory, supply chain, procurement, and operations teams.
• Support system integration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies and support issue resolution.
• Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support.
• Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and business leaders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Recommend process improvements and ERP best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist organizations in standardizing and optimizing workflows using Infor CSI functionality.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Infor CSI (SyteLine) / Infor CloudSuite Industrial.
• Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
• Experience with ERP configuration, testing, deployment, and user training.
• Ability to gather business requirements and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
• Knowledge of:

• Experience with data conversion and legacy system migrations.
• Prior consulting experience supporting manufacturing ERP transformations.
• Experience participating in multiple full lifecycle ERP implementations.
