UI Developer – AEM (NOVA Platform)

Position: UI Developer – AEM (NOVA Platform)
Location: Remote (Chicago, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled UI Developer to support brand onboarding initiatives on our NOVA platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with design and content teams to translate branded design systems into high-quality, scalable UI components within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AEM templates to support brand onboarding needs.
• Write and optimize custom CSS to ensure alignment with templates and components defined in Figma design systems.
• Collaborate closely with the content authoring team to identify and resolve UI/UX gaps.
• Implement custom UI components as needed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across all UI implementations.
• Support ongoing enhancements and refinements to existing UI components and templates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in UI/front-end development.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) template development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience translating Figma designs into functional UI components.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and modern CSS practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and content authors.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with design systems and brand guidelines.
• Familiarity with AEM components and client-side libraries.
• Basic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
