Supporting a robust user base of 6,000 global users, you will step directly into an advanced Level 3 support role. responsibilities:
- Advanced Escalation Support: Provide high-touch, Level 3 technical support focusing specifically on O365, Exchange, and OneDrive, resolving complex issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 teams.
- Global Collaboration: Partner closely with an overseas peer based in India to ensure seamless, global coverage and knowledge sharing.
- System Maintenance: Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the O365 ecosystem to ensure high availability and security for 6,000 users.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify potential system bottlenecks, document troubleshooting steps, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the cloud infrastructure.
qualifications:
- 1+ years of recent, real-world experience administering and supporting O365, with a strong focus on Exchange and OneDrive.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint support or administration. - Preferred
- Familiarity working within an Azure cloud-native environment. - Preferred
