Essential Skills:
Experienced Mobile Solutions Architect (6 to 9 years of industry experience)
Role Expectations/Tasks to Perform:
• Supervise and guide a mobile development squad to uphold superior standards and ensure the production of quality mobile apps
• Engage proactively in both creating and refining iOS and Android apps
• Conduct systematic code inspections to maintain quality standards, resolving any issues related to code integrity with the development team
• Address urgent production glitches in applications overseen by your team
• Facilitate interaction and partnership with remote development units for iOS and Android app creation
• Collaborate with product overseers and designers to establish technical frameworks and precise specifications
• Document technical aspects and workflow procedures for mobile app projects thoroughly
• Assist and develop junior developers by offering mentorship and aiding in skill enhancement
• Maintain close relations with various internal teams and external client entities to ensure seamless completion of mobile initiatives
• Provide valuable input during digital product management sessions and meetings with stakeholders
Credential Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or other related technical fields, or substantial equivalent professional background
• Over 10 years of dedicated native mobile application development background, with a robust portfolio that includes iOS and Android applications
• Mastery over mobile development languages, namely Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android
• In-depth understanding of mobile app architectural models, procedural paradigms, and industry-accepted standards
• Proficiency in constructing scalable, complex applications with an emphasis on writing test-friendly code
• Comprehensive grasp of diverse mobile app frameworks and web-based service integrations
• Familiarity with standard application build systems
• Insight into performance optimization methodologies
• Acquaintance with device compatibility considerations and release management tactics
• Exceptional communication abilities and a proclivity for collective project efforts
• Eagerness to diversify and enhance skillset to address client-specific requirements
• Experience coordinating with geographically dispersed teams
• Preparedness for potential travel of about 10% based on the nature of projects and client demographic
