Duration: Contract on W2
Job Overview:
We are seeking a strong ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience developing and implementing AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with Now Assist, AI Agents/Agentic AI, ServiceNow development, and platform integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Design and implement AI Agents and AI-powered workflows within ServiceNow.
- Leverage Now Assist and ServiceNow AI capabilities to enhance automation and user experiences.
- Develop and integrate ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, scripts, and APIs.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and AI solutions.
- Clearly communicate technical concepts and project status to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow Now Assist and/or ServiceNow AI capabilities.
- Hands-on experience building or implementing AI Agents / Agentic AI within ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide scripting, workflows, integrations, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
