Description:
AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Python Developer where you ll work alongside some of the brightest engineers globally to power critical machine learning models for internal service applications. These applications support service centers, collision centers, global customer relationship management, and insurance claims. As a python developer, you ll tackle complex, ambiguous challenges, transforming them into end-to-end AI solutions that drive mission to accelerate the world s transition to sustainable energy.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for service and customer support applications using Python, PyTorch, Pandas, and modern AI/ML techniques.
- Build and optimize supervised learning, deep learning, and computer vision models to solve real-world operational challenges.
- Collaborate with vehicle service operations, energy service operations, customer support, and cross-functional engineering teams to develop AI-driven solutions.
- Own production machine learning models, ensuring high availability, monitoring, alerting, and continuous performance optimization.
- Work with diverse datasets, including structured, unstructured, text, voice, image, and tabular data, to develop scalable machine learning pipelines.
- Translate complex and ambiguous business problems into end-to-end machine learning solutions.
- Follow Agile development methodologies and software engineering best practices to deliver clean, modular, maintainable, and production-ready code.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong programming experience in Python with expertise in developing high-performance, data-intensive applications.
- Hands-on experience with one or more deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade machine learning models.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, statistics, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
- Experience working with large-scale heterogeneous datasets, including text, images, voice, and structured data.
- Knowledge of supervised learning, deep learning, convolutional neural networks (CNNs), and model deployment best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Experience writing clean, modular, maintainable, and production-quality code.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Recommender Systems, or Operations Research.
- Experience building and deploying AI solutions in cloud or large-scale production environments.
- Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and production support for machine learning systems.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and solving challenging AI/ML problems.
- Interest or experience in automotive, energy, or sustainable technology industries.
Education Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will also be considered.
