Pay Range:$140,000-$160,000 Per Year

Job Description:
Join our dynamic team in New York, NY, as a full-time leader responsible for driving marketing strategy and execution. 
This role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on management in various marketing domains including growth, content, and partnerships. 
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute marketing goals and strategies to support growth and revenue.
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer-centric marketing alignment.
Implement scalable marketing tools and processes.
Manage the marketing budget and track key performance indicators.

Qualifications
7 years of marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Proven track record in hiring and scaling marketing teams.
Strong expertise in product and growth marketing.
Customer-first mindset with measurable business impact.
Ability to balance short-term initiatives with long-term brand strategy.
