Join a fast-growing, private equity-backed third-party logistics (3PL) company as a Senior Product Manager, AI & Automation. This is a full-time role with flexibility for remote work, though candidates based in Los Angeles, Orange County, or the Inland Empire (CA) are strongly preferred. The company operates a large national warehouse footprint and is heavily investing in AI-driven software, automation, and proprietary platforms to modernize logistics operations.
This is a rare opportunity to build from the ground up at the intersection of AI, logistics, and product innovation. You'll work directly with the CTO, owning the warehouse product domain end-to-end, replacing legacy SaaS, building AI-powered workflows, and creating customer-facing tools that redefine industry standards. Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of product management experience with ownership of product roadmap and delivery
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL (warehouse experience preferred)
Proven track record shipping AI-driven or agent-based products with engineering teams
Experience owning customer onboarding workflows and/or EDI integrations
Strong written communication skills (product specs, decision memos, documentation)
Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude or similar) as a daily workflow partner
Experience operating as a solo product manager with direct executive collaboration
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with warehouse management systems (e.g., Blue Yonder or similar)
Background building multi-tenant customer portals
Exposure to billing or revenue operations systems
Experience working with managed AI/agent platforms
Bilingual English/Spanish
What You Will Be Doing
You will own and execute the product roadmap for warehouse-focused AI and software systems, including:
Building AI-powered billing automation systems to replace legacy SaaS tools
Designing onboarding workflows that reduce customer setup time from months to days
Creating scalable EDI integration frameworks and reusable templates
Defining and shipping warehouse-facing features for a customer portal (visibility, billing, documents)
Partnering with engineering to develop AI agents for operational workflows and productivity
