Job Description

Global Electronic Trading Services (GETS) is a core Jefferies Equity technology platform that delivers cash, principal, and prime brokerage trading services. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of key initiatives across the equities trading platform, partnering closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders. Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, this role will drive planning and execution across the project lifecycle-defining scope and milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes aligned with business priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-regional foundational technology initiatives across US, EMEA, and APAC Equities teams
  • Develop and maintain project tracking and reporting through JIRA and Agile workflows
  • Coordinate weekly technology production releases
  • Maintain project documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures for development teams
  • Partner closely with the QA team to establish testing scope for projects and monitor overall go-live readiness
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to desk heads and senior management on project status, risks, and milestones
  • Coordinate regulatory testing programs across multiple trading platforms
  • Consolidate and validate testing evidence from systems teams for regulatory reporting
  • Maintain regulatory testing schedules, documentation, and remediation tracking

Qualifications:
  • Experience with Front office and middle office technology roles supporting trading, allocation, or regulatory workflows
  • 3+ years in previous product management role
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives
  • Proficient in creating process flows, use cases, and functional specifications
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate status, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders
  • Experience translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
  • Comfortable working in Agile and high pace environment
  • Detail oriented and strong presentation/verbal skills

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $125,000 - $150,000.

The salary offered will take into consideration an individual's experience level and qualifications.
