This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do
- Manufacture clinical trial materials in accordance with approved GMP procedures and quality standards.
- Operate, clean, troubleshoot, and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
- Serve as an equipment owner and support equipment lifecycle, qualification, and maintenance activities.
- Support technology transfer, process optimization, and continuous improvement projects.
- Analyze manufacturing data and provide technical insights to support project objectives.
- Prepare and maintain GMP documentation, including procedures, reports, and training materials.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
What we are looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent with relevant industry experience, or a bachelor?s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and production processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
