Hiring: Product Manager – Healthcare Technology & PBM

Location: Remote (USA – Candidates must be currently based in the US)
Client: Accenture (for CVS Caremark)

We are looking for a high-impact Product Manager with deep expertise in Healthcare Technology & Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) to drive end-to-end product delivery across Medicare & Medicaid platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Lead product lifecycle for PBM & healthcare systems (claims, eligibility, formulary, pricing & reimbursement) Drive API-based architectures (FHIR, REST, GraphQL) for scalable health platforms Launch digital solutions (member portals, claims analytics, cost optimization tools) Collaborate with Agile teams (Scrum/SAFe) for backlog prioritization & delivery Track KPIs, ROI & product performance metrics Ensure compliance with evolving Medicare & Medicaid regulations Advise leadership on PBM innovation & digital healthcare transformation
Required Experience:
Strong experience in Healthcare / PBM domain
Hands-on with Medicare & Medicaid systems
Expertise in claims processing, eligibility, reimbursement workflows
Agile tools: JIRA, Rally, DevOps
Excellent stakeholder & product ownership skills

Preferred: CSM / PMP / SAFe Certifications
